Return Policy


Replacement Policy


Our replacement policy lasts 90 days from the time you receive your product. If 90 days have gone by since your products arrival date, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a replacement.


We are happy to offer free replacement on items if they are found to be defective within 90 days or damaged upon arrival.


If your item is found to be defective within 90 days please send us an email describing the problem with the item at support@woodlandwear.com and if the item is to be inspected for replacement we will send you the address to mail us your item.


If your item arrives damaged we ask that you take a clear up close picture of the damaged area of the item within 72 hours of its arrival and email us a copy of the image/s to support@woodlandwear.com. If you do not send us a picture of the damage within 72 hours of its arrival we are not able to offer an exchange due to damage.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please send us an email at support@woodlandwear.com and we will send you the appropriate address to send your item to be inspected for an exchange.


Refunds/Returns
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns. We are happy to replace any defective items you may receive within the before mentioned guidelines.


Sale items (if applicable)
All sale items carry the same replacement policy as our regularly priced items.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Shipping
To return your product for replacement please send us an email at support@woodlandwear.com and we will send you the appropriate address to send your item for inspection.

You will be initially responsible for paying the return shipping on your item but if the item is found to be defective we will happily cover the cost of shipping you your replacement item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
